Opportunity for Mobile App Developer at Alabtechnology Pvt. Ltd. We are a fast-growing website and mobile app development company based in Kumanchavadi, Chennai - 600056. As we expand our projects across India, we are looking for a talented Mobile App Developer (1–3 Years Experience) with expertise in designing and developing Android and iOS applications.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong knowledge of mobile app design and development for both Android & iOS.
- The ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Job Responsibilities
- Create multi-platform apps for iOS/Android using Flutter development framework.
- Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
- Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs to increase the functionality of the application
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge and experience in Flutter Framework and DART programming language.
- Familiarity using IDEs like Android Studio, VS Code and version control tools like Git.
- Knowledge of Rest APIs and integration of various APIs from third parties.
- Having additional experience in App development with Native Android or iOS is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring execution of all back office sales administration operations, like builder buyer agreements and payment receipts.
- Handling the bookings, logging in CRM.
- Issuing payment receipts, demand letters, and reminders accordingly.
- Preparing and issuing allotment letters and buyer's agreements to the clients.
- Follow-ups for Allotment letters, buyer's agreements, etc.
- Preparation of Company MIS & DSR.
- Maintaining Files and Document Records.
- Handling post-sales queries through emails and calls.
- Coordination with the sales team.
- Formatting & issuing documents to clients (credit note, transfer document of resale, demand letter & receipts).
Desired Candidate Profile
- The candidate must be presentable and have good communication skills.
- Preferred only female.
- Preferred only from the IT industry with the experience of software product explanation.
- Good knowledge of CRM procedures of the IT industry.
