App Source Code, Hosting, Support & Deployment Policy - Readymade

1. Source Code & Copyright Policy

• The application source code will be provided in open-source format.

• The client does not own copyrights to the code and cannot file copyright claims against it.

• The client may modify, customize, or enhance the source code later without our involvement.

• Deployment or setup documentation will not be shared. The client should rely on our technical team during the initial setup.

• The code structure will be customized and obfuscated to make it undetectable by Play Store algorithms related to previously terminated apps using similar codebases.

2. Branding & Logo

• The client is responsible for designing their own logo.

• Our team will not provide logo design, branding assets, or visual identity materials.

3. Google Play Console Account Creation

• Our team will assist with the developer account creation.

• The following documents and requirements must be provided by the client:

  • DUNS Number

  • PAN Card

  • GST Registration Certificate

  • Credit or Debit Card with international transactions enabled and minimum ₹2400 balance

  • Gmail Account (minimum 1 year old)

  • Mobile Number (for OTP verification)

• The account will be created under the client’s name and ownership.

4. Hosting & Domain Management

• Domain Name and VPS Hosting will be provided by our company.

• The hosting includes:

  • Secured SSL certificate

  • Automated daily backups

• Server performance and uptime are maintained under our infrastructure policy.

5. Technical Support & Maintenance

Free Support (6 Months)

Covers:

• Telephonic assistance

• Bug fixes and app performance issues

• Play Store update submissions

• Backend server issues

• Security and API integrity issues

• Google Maps, SMS, and Email alert issues

Extended Support (Paid) (Post 6 Months)

• ₹2000/month (minimum 6 months commitment required)

• Includes continued technical support, updates, and backend monitoring

• Payable in advance for a 6-month term (₹12,000 total)

6. Payment Gateway Integration

• Razorpay integration will be provided by default.

• Razorpay Charges: 2.0% + GST per transaction

• Fee reductions may apply based on volume—client must confirm with Razorpay.

• Option available to pass transaction charges to end customers through Razorpay’s configuration.

7. Apple App Store Publishing Options

Option 1: Own Account

• Requires documents:

  • Pvt Ltd registration

  • GST & PAN

  • Developer email ID and phone number

  • Debit/Credit card with international transaction enabled

• Apple will charge $99/year (approx ₹8,789/year) directly.

Option 2: Host Under Company Account

• App will be hosted under our corporate App Store account.

• Annual Appstore account usage charge: ₹5,000/year.

8. SMS Gateway & DLT Registration

Non-DLT Plan (Default) - 2Factor SMS Provider

• Free 5,000 SMS credits provided initially.

• Post usage: ₹0.25 per SMS.

• SMS will display random sender headers (non-branded).

DLT-Approved Plan (Optional) (Paid) - 2Factor/MSG91 SMS Provider Client Choice

• For branded sender IDs and company name display.

• DLT Registration Fee: ₹8,000 + Taxes (payable to TRAI).

• Once approved, your company header and templates will appear in SMS content.

9. Google Maps API Integration

• Activation via your Google Cloud Console account (same used for Play Console).

• Requires an initial deposit of ₹1,000 to Google Cloud.

• You’ll receive $300 in free credits valid for 90 days.

• After expiry, Google will charge monthly as per usage.

10. Compliance Disclaimer

All services, configurations, and integrations are executed as per Google and TRAI policies. Any violation or misuse of third-party platforms (Play Store, Maps, SMS gateways, etc.) is the client’s sole responsibility post-delivery.
